The concept of ETC is to reflect client needs as a set of building blocks that together represent all the elements needed to form and develop a successful business.
Because we work with other specialist providers on an as required basis we are able to scale our costs and offer clients a service tailored to individual needs.
ETC will take a systems approach to the formulation of a strategic plan for a client. We will through a series of mentoring and or in house group facilitation sessions develop a set of strategic objectives. The second phase is then to look at each of the clients “systems” to evaluate how they will have to evolve to meet the strategic goals.
It may transpire that the client requires either specialist services or even further investment in order to realise the strategic objectives. ETC will use its network of providers and collaborative partners to meet these needs.
ETC’s work with EU funding presents other opportunities for the company in terms of project management of funding proposals and market research though an ability to access key organisations. ETC will use the EU thematic structures to gain access to a wide variety of thematic areas including health, ICT nanotechnologies and new production processes ( NMP ), aeronautics, transport, energy and security.
